His vision was to create a community-based organization that bridges gaps in services and provides veterans with access to essential resources, support programs, and advocacy. Under his leadership, Salute 2 Service has grown into a trusted nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of veterans, military families, and the communities they serve. Today, Rodney continues to guide the organization with the goal of providing a centralized network of services and partnerships that help veterans navigate challenges, access opportunities, and achieve greater stability and success.
