Eileen Marcial
President Eileen M Marcial is the founder and CEO of Wills and More, LLC. She has been a Legal Shield/ PPLSI Specialist for over 20 years and proudly uses Legal Shield as her platform to provide her clients with affordable, quality estate planning documents. Since the COVID 19 pandemic, she has helped over 350 families with their Wills, Living Wills, Medical and Financial Powers of Attorney. Her motto is, “ Leave legacies, not mysteries and put it in writing and stop the fighting.” The “and More” part of her platform protects her clients rights, identity, reputations and privacy with a state of the art app. She has a passion for providing small business owners with extremely affordable legal services. Simply put… we simplify and demystify the estate planning process!!! Another area that she is passionate about is creating opportunities and resources that can bring awareness to Autism and the needs of families of special needs children. In January of 2021 Eileen was appointed to the Board of Directors for WallynZavy’s Autistic Kids Can Do, as Vice President. She serves as President of the Board of Directors for Salute 2 Service in New Town Pa since January 2023 Eileen has been married to her college sweetheart for almost 37 years and is the proud mother of 2 daughters. As a long time member of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens in Somerset New Jersey she lives by her motto- NBGG Nothing But God’s Grace. Bill Schultz
Treasurer Bill is a retired Master Sergeant of the USAF/ ANG. He served from 1979-1999 as a survival specialist for the 416 BMW as well as the 108 ARW. He was deployed overseas multiple times, including two deployments to the Middle East in the 1990's. In his home life, Bill is the father of two daughters. His oldest has grown and moved to Florida, while his youngest is a sophomore at the University of Dayton. He has worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier since 1986. After taking an interest in the mission of Salute 2 Service, Bill joined the Board of Directors in January 2020, serving as the Treasurer. |
Chloe Tippins
Board Secretary Chloe Tippins is a U.S. Navy Veteran who served onboard the USS George Washington (CVN-73) and Training Support Center Hampton Roads. She quickly advanced to Third Class Petty Officer (E-4) within her first year in the military and Second Class Petty Officer (E-5) within 4 years. She's currently the Executive Assistant to the Vice President – Government & Community Affairs and assistant to the Operations Department leadership at a local workforce development non-profit, supports the local PA CareerLink® centers and is the Secretary for the Salute to Service Board of Directors. When she's not helping to maintain the Operations and Business Engagement Units at her non-profit, Chloe coordinates 8 college interns working for local city officials during their summer break. She truly enjoys helping others and acting as a resource to provide information. Chloe is a military brat, born and raised in Philadelphia, PA with southern roots. Her father retired from the U.S. Air Force, while she and her 2 older brothers served in the U.S. Navy. She’s mother of 3 that loves to have fun, travel, volunteer, learn and craft. She is a lifelong learner with her A.S. in Computer Networking & Programming, and is currently learning to code. |
Kerry Farricker
Board Member Kerry was born and raised in Woodbridge, NJ where she enjoyed a wonderful childhood with her parents and two brothers. As a young adult, she moved to Bucks County, Pa where she lived for the past 29 years and raised two amazing daughters. She is a local financial professional who enjoys helping clients protect their loved ones and accumulate wealth. In her spare time, she enjoys socializing with family and friends. She loves to camp, hike, and kayak, along with any other activity in the great outdoors. She is the proud daughter of a Korean war combat veteran. Her dad was part of the original unit of the Green Berets, 10 th Special Forces unit, and Airborne. Her family is thankful that he made it back home after serving his country and, at 89, he remains a proud Army veteran. Being part of Salute 2 Service is close to her heart because she believes that every veteran deserves thanks and recognition for their sacrifices and service. |
Christina Swain
Board Member Christina is a lifelong resident of Bucks County, PA where she built her career as an accomplished Realtor over the past 20+ years helping Veterans and Seniors with their housing needs. Her grandfather served in the Navy and she has deep respect for those who have served our country. That combined with her passion for charity work and fundraising has made Salute 2 Service a perfect fit for her. Christina believes that we were all put on this earth to help each other. And her real estate career has afforded her the freedom to be able to do just that! Help others. In her free time she enjoys going to gym, doing charity work, entertaining, and gardening. |
James Calcagni
Board Member James Calcagni is an accomplished engineer, entrepreneur, and inventor who is passionate about using his expertise to make a difference in the lives of others. As a board member of Salute 2 Service, James is dedicated to helping veterans in any way possible. With his background in mechanical engineering and biomechanics, James brings a unique perspective to the organization. He understands the physical and emotional challenges that veterans face when they return to civilian life, and he is committed to developing innovative solutions to help them overcome these obstacles. Through his work with Liquid Limbs, James has gained extensive experience in developing prosthetic technologies that can improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. He is eager to apply this knowledge to help veterans who have lost limbs or suffered other injuries while serving their country. James is also deeply committed to supporting veterans' mental health and well-being. He understands the toll that military service can take on a person's mental health and is dedicated to helping veterans access the resources and support they need to thrive. As a board member of Salute 2 Service, James brings his passion for innovation and problem-solving to the organization. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with other members of the board to develop and implement programs and initiatives that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans. James is honored to have the opportunity to serve on the board of Salute 2 Service and is committed to using his skills and expertise to help veterans in any way possible. He looks forward to working with the organization to create positive change for the brave men and women who have served our country. |
